Pros

Good quality, not loud, compact. Currently using this in the netherlands. Only caution is that it warns you not to use for a hair dryer or curling iron.

Cons

Warranty is a piddling 3 months. Made in china, they have no conscience. Did not work for converting any voltage.

The krieger outlet makes an awful noise that i can't stand. Both a whirring fan noise and a high pitched electrical humming like a large transformer is nearby. My plug get so hat start smell burning, also make laud noise.

Friends of our brought one of these on a trip to budapest last november for 10 days

I took this with me on my eu trip and it served me very well

Same day delivery was a must since i didnt realize my adapter would not suffice

I contacted amazon and they immediately sent a replacement

The usb ports were especially useful since european countries use a different size usb port which would not have worked with our cords
