Theres one problem about half the time i start the car the red led comes on and the inverter doesnt work

If u need a cheap pure sine inverter this might be right for u but if u expect the 300 watt rating u need to rig it straight to the battery with appropriate gauge wire u cant get that out of a lighter socket in your car fyi

I did some quick bench measurements and found when turned off it drew 5 milliamperes and when turned on with no output load connected it uses 0

It only comes on when a significant load is connected so must be thermally controlled

The best small inverter i’ve ever seen pure sine wave runs cool usb charging ports and it just ‘pauses’ itself when cloudedgeeffect overvoltage occurs others alarm shutdown and need to be reset

When i plugged this into my rv outlet and turned it on the green light first came on and then it changed to red
