No getting a tingling in the arms because your arm is holding this smartphone up and you have no circulation in your fingers you can lay there you can sit there your arms could be in any comfortable position and you just have to lift your hand when you want to change screens because you do eventually have to change screens

The only minor weaknesses are in the clamp for the flexible attachment which could clamp more firmly as it can slip and the long flexible attachment is not suitable in moving vehicles as it will vibrate the phone
