Pros

The dark gray bark cabinetry is sleek and is a gorgeous piece of furniture. It is sturdy. One last thought is that you may want to consider using a nail gun with 1 3/4 brads.

The only caution i would issue, other than the assembly, is that the item claims to be sized for up to 10 thick mattresses.

It opens and closes easily. Easy to lower and close. Grandkids love it. Pics show the light, along with my little dog making herself comfortable.

Cons

The instructions are horrible and give you advise on several pages after installing at a certain spot and you cannot go back to adjust the advise. Baseboard was drilled wrong and will not fit.

This product is made of mdf plywood. It's basically cardboard. Product is not dandy if you're not handy. Terribly made product.
