Pros
Very good and worth every penny. Thoroughly recommended. Very pleased with my purchase.
The sound quality is better and clearer than i imagined, it turns up loud without distorting too! Bought to record uni lectures. Use it to tape tutorial and plays back perfectly. Battery life is excellent and it also has password protection.
The battery lasts really well. This definitely rivals many brands out there and out performs other voice recorders. It's served me excellently.
Great lightweight clear device. Nice small discreet voice recorder. Fits in a pocket without being bulky.
Cons
Poor recording quality, static in all recordings, obviously no noise cancellation. Simply doesn't link up to laptop well. Aren't well labelled. Lasted 2 monts.

I found the instruction manual basic and not very helpful but here are plenty of “how to” guides online which are really useful

After some initial fact finding they believed the device faulty and so sent me a replacement

Some time later i had another issue with downloading which was due to a faulty cable but once again the customer service people were excellent
