Seller made contact with additional user info how to configure blade” one minor nit if you cut too deep the peel gets stuck in the blade and you have to remove it before you can continue

I kept using the old one but finally just gave up and used a paring knife which is pretty wasteful

One thing i dont like and this is my fault is that i have to figure out how to switch the blade around to the lefthanded configuration
