Pros

I take multiple otc drugs for pain relief so it is not easy to pick the one that is helping me best. I believe 100% in taking turmeric for pain which usually leads to inflammation. Helps blow away the brain fog sometimes associated with pain.

Cons

There are sooo many turmeric supplements available, each with slick marketing about how effective it is. Literally could not breathe for 12 hours.

I’m a skeptic when it comes to homeopathic medicines
