Im always nervous to tell hotels that we booked through a third party but kristin assured me that she was just happy we were staying there and that it didnt matter how we booked

The room was clean the drinks and breakfast were good and the view was amazing but all of that really doesnt matter without a heartfelt team working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure guests remember the experience and want to return

Their policy is your room is completely gone and not held for you if you dont arrive before midnight if booked through a third party and they wouldnt even put a note in for me that i had called and confirmed i would be arriving 12 hours after midnight due to a delayed flight

Com customer support and have them call the park central sf to handle the situation or else i would lose my place to stay that night and the company would not have a refund either

This was definitely not ideal for me that they would have a different policy if you didnt book direct and that they were not flexible

Ive just learned my lesson that if i ever want to stay here again the booking should be directly with the hotel or else you are basically dead to them in terms of modifying the reservation
