Pros
Double-scoop triangle pads for stuffing my swimsuit top and to help keep its shape. They fit like they were made for my competition bikini. The double scoop shown in description and in detail as pictured in person.
Love all the colors. Really like this. Ordered more.
The shape is great and its sooo much better than wearing a bra. The triangle shape makes me feel less self-conscience about wearing a sports bra. She says the fit great and are comfortable and wear she wears one everyday.
These are amazing for the lift you need! Searched for the best push up inserts without seeing any rave reviews on any product. Stays put even while lounging in a hot jacuzzi!
Cons
Save your money & purchase a different brand.
I think it would be better if the padding/lift came from the sides and not the bottom. Its way too big & it's 100% noticeable that you have an insert in your top.

You cant wear a sports bra alone because sometimes the shape isnt flattering and it will show too much and you will have no protection especially if you have clingy little ones
