The template holes are wrong spacing so use the unit to mark the holes

After mounting the main unit with the door closed adjust the arm length by turning it until the arm is perpendicular to the door frame then screw the arm to the frame

There is nothing in the instructions about how to adjust the 2 screws on the end

One little glitch there is a small spot perhaps where it switches closing rates if you hold the door just short of closing it will not close but stay at the slightly open position
