It's so easy to use, easy to clean, and saves you a ton of money on k-cups. Easy cleanup is so much easier than a french press. I love how simple it is to prep in the morning.

Broke it in less than a month. It's so cheaply made it is not worth owning. This is the one that worked better for https://www.

Glass is brittle, breaks too easily, and they don't offer a replacement carafe. The glass is very thin and the coffee sieve only holds 3tbsp. It is in no way tempered or resistant to breakage.

Takes forever to pour a measly 3 cups, barely enough to fill your mug. Water goes through the filter very fast, rendering the coffee to watery.
