Delivered on time.
Take one daily. Hard to find the 30mg dosage, this product is perfect. Taking zinc with quercetin enables the body to pull the zinc into the cell where it can be used for immune support.
Cons
These also do not become properly absorbed in one’s system. They are visible in stool and don't dissolve in water. Like many other reviewers.
