Cons
This whisk is 12 inches long. My hand gets too hot when stirring a roux for so long. It is rather flimsy compared to the one i own for myself.

With that said i i tried flat whisks from oxo prepworks norpro and best manufacturers and included pictures for comparison

The other three brands will definitely not work as well in a small sauce pan as the whisk angle is much shallower allowing only the tips of a few of the wires to make contact with the bottom of a small sauce pan not to mention could lead to an accidental burn on the rim of a hot skillet if you try to hold them so the more of the whisk makes contact with the bottom of the pan
