Pros
Umbrella base seems to be exactly as pictured! Not many companies have great customer service these days, but they exceeded my expectations! It looks fantastic and holds an umbrella very securely.
The base holds my large rectangle umbrella with no problems, even in heavy winds. My only problem is that rainwater that gets through your table umbrella hole collects and settles on the surface of the base.

Some pieces are already installed on the stand, some are in a separate bag, and some are tucked into one of the styrofoam supports of the packaging. Easy to assemble and appears to be durable.
Cons
This stand is not sturdy enough for a 9 foot market umbrella. This worries me because mosquitos are a problem in my area. This stand also has numerous unattractive imperfections on the top surface.

From day one the screw was stripped and did not secure the umbrella to the base

There have been a few days were it was windy and the umbrella didnt move an inch
