Kid collided with a bike and it only got scratched a little

It is great fun for my 4 yrs old son but charger lights up as green fully charged but actually car is no power at all do not know if battery runs out or charger needs to change

The remote control is great but it doesn’t totally override the car so if the child is still hitting the accelerator the remote won’t completely stop it
