Pros

Bought for our grandson for christmas. Perfect fit for a 7 year old. Purchased for my 4yr old. Impressive form the price.

The craftsmanship is beautiful and it came with a carrying case, a tuner, extra strings, etc. Tuning instrument and booklet are included. My only disappointment is with the electric tuner which we have not been able to work properly.

Cons

Even for the price, this is very cheaply made. No tone at all. Very frustrating. Will call customer service tomorrow, very disappointed.

Strings are too loose to hold tuning. Tuning pegs are cheap and inconsistent. Guitar couldn't be tuned.

Very sturdy and great fir 3 yr old god child that is already strumming and learning chords

It doesn’t stayed tuned though and the bag ripped after only a couple weeks

As it was they would slip on the tunning begs whenever it got close to being in tune

I tuned them before i gave it to him and it was already out of tune before he got it a few weeks later

The item is nice and was shipped fast

Ups damaged the guitar and i contacted the seller on thursday evening and received replacement today by fedex

Unfortunately i believe the packaging was faulty or the process before the packaging could’ve been a little more delicate
