This is not an over nite cure all but any progress in the right direction is a win. Its a no brainer.
While not an approved alternate for diabetics prescribed metformin, this is the kitchen sink of all naturals. When used in conjunction with diet and exercise this helps support lower blood sugar levels.
Cons
If takingomeprazole, lansoprazole or rabeprazole you're not to take it if also taking a protein pump inhibitors.
