It is great for their developing bodies and does more for the tummy muscles than tummy time which most babies hate

Took us a few tries to master but they gave us extra instruction videos on their website and then we found oodles more on youtube

Ive lost most of it but at 51 and now 174 pounds by the time im done wrapping this i barely have enough left to tie off
