I bought this set hoping it wouldnt only last for about a week

If i use them for standing two arm curls or any similar move i find that they are not long enough to allow for the full range of motion of bringing my wrists up to my shoulders

Only two problems there is no guide sheet to the weight of each bands resistanceso i have to log on to amazon to see it

I went to the store to look for some but each resistant band packaged with only one resistance level was about 10 dollars it was way too much for me because i did not know the resistance that would work for me

I dont like that you have to close them in doors or some other horrible way of keeping them attached to something else in order for them to work properly
