I wanted a set of head phones to use in the gym with my ipod whilst exercising the issue i had was that normal headphones would just keep falling out of my ear which was very annoying

This is actually a replacement pair from the manufacturer after the first pair developed a fault within the jack wire causing the sound to cut out from one side

Whilst this may then deserve a mark down for the product i believe it to be a manufacturing fault and not in the design or general quality

They stayed in and although the overear section is semirigid there is a hinged joint at the top of it that allows the angle of the earpiece to be adjusted for a good fit
