I have just ordered berndes 13inch glass lid because my only means of covering a pan of this size is a large cookie sheet and its not ideal

The edges of the hamburgers toward the outside of the pan seem to cook as evenly as the edges near the center

The edge rim isnt as tall as i had thought its hard to see on the picture but it doesnt come up very high at all
