The interior knob was pulled off the shafts by mistake. This works except no interior locking function. This product is not reversible.

Only support you get is an email address. Luckily this handle is on a door i do not use often, or i would request a refund. That is until i received these * handles for a downstairs office.

The handle has pieces coming from the inside and it is not sturdy at all. It also has a bit too much slop/wiggle in the mechanism. The handle is very sloppy even though it is secured tightly to the door.
