Pros

Love bentology and bentgo brands. My daughter loves it. Highly recommend this.

Fits in a medium size to large size lunchbox. It fits in her lunch perfectly and is used multiple times a week. I tighten it enough so that it feels secure but he’s still able to easily open it.

It keeps food warm for at least 5hrs! It holds plenty of food for a pre-teen. I pack hot lunch by 7am and kids say the food is nice and warm to eat at noon.

Cons

This product is not durable. Cracked after 2 uses. Still usable but disappointing quality.

Have not tested for coldness retention. Base of it collects water when washed and does not like to come out. Rubber seal in the cap keeps coming off and it doesn't keep the food hot anymore. Hence the contents now leak and don't stay warm either.
