Only have had one broken so far and that was because the user was an idiot however the replacement parts were sent to us for free and were an improvement over the original design

The reason that i gave it 4 stars is because when folded the legs of the tripod they dont stop in alignment to the center

Also the quick disconnect plates coating is fairly rough which makes it difficult to insert into the top of the fluid head at times
