My son seems delighted with his purchase and says the gaming quality is spot on
Benq smashed it with this one the quality is better than my tv
But for the price took a punt worst case could always return it if i wasnt happy
Its excellent for gaming picture quality is exceptional
Packaging/appearance
Update the dead pixel has fixed itself after wiping the screen so no dead pixel anymore
Then turn brightness up and hey presto no yellow minging tint on the screen
No power lead and lots of mid length hair in the box stuck on the plastic
Competitiveness
I use with my imac also i bought firetv stack with it so i can use it as a smary tv
Also switching to 75hz gives a much better picture so dont forget to switch
Not bad but swapped to another model ok for the price

The item description didnt mention this is an lcd screen just led but its not an led its an lcd as far as lcd goes its not a bad picture

I suspect there are a lot of benq customers who now have a spare hdmi cable tucked into a drawer in their home office

The automatic brightness control does a great job of giving consistent viewing in varying lighting conditions even direct sun

Frankly my biggest problem is seeing where the mousepointer is in all the acres of screen

Amazing quality for a cheap budget monitor i got this to replace a failing hkc 2612a 26i also have 2nd benq g2222hdl 22 monitor that has been on 247 for over 10 years and is still working 100 fine so i hope i get the same lifespan from this new benq
