The spray is preservative free and suitable from birth. The salt based solution is not irritating, it's scentless, and the mist is very fine but with a good burst. Natural ingredients are the main ingredient.
Would definitely recommend. Overall, this wouldn't be my first choice, however it is still worth considering as some work better for some people than others. It isn't as strong feeling as the other one and doesn't hurt my nose.
Cons
The benadryl site lists exotic sounding chemicals. Just doesn't work for me. Best off sticking with proven antihistamines.

A fantastic product in a bottle really helped with my hayfever symptoms for an off the shelf product well worth the money
One 10ml bottle lasts me about two weeks at most howeve it depends how often you use it

I get a nasal spray from the doctors on prescription but it’s steroidbased and can’t be used for extended periods
