But the quality of the seat the screws and the caps are all such that i still rate a 5

Most recently the one in the main bathroom had a spot on it that everyone tried hard to remove and clean the scrubbing made it worse and the paint came off in that spot

However when i got it home out of the box and on the toilet i realized that the cheap one was really poor quality you could see through the white paint and the seat squeaked when you sat on it

I tried an allplastic slow close seat and found it to feel to flimsy

It also was slightly smaller than standard
