Pros
The silicone on the underside keeps it in place. Has a jelly like inside to hold in place on your head.
Very comfortable and not too snug. Much better than my nike headbands that are very similar.
The only negative thing is a biggie for me. But that's why you get a 4 pack. No snags or tangles. The self-stick strip on the inside of the band makes all the difference.
Cons
The way the headband is designed makes them uncomfortable to wear. It slips with minimal sweat. Pops off the back of my head after slight movements. They also slip and are a bit deformed because of stretching.
