Bought 3 of them on lightning deal2 were new in package one was opened and possibly a returnand i think i know why2 of them did not have the insert on the larger rod to screw in the ballsi managed to rig it up and you cant tellnow the 3rd one was fineso just be warned you get what you pay for and may have to rig something up
