I skip on outdoor surfaces such as concretegrass and the rope is so thin that i am probably going to need to purchase an exercise mat to avoid damaging the bottom of the rope as it hits the ground

After 2 sessions a fault in one of the handles made the rope unusable

I contacted the seller directly via email and they got back to me very quickly and offered me a brand new one without the hassle of sending the broken one back

Two months in i cant say my body has changed much but i semiregularly get this rope out and marvel at how much better it is then the cut price poor quality ones you try at the gym
