I end up needing to take iron during my pregnancies because i become anemic so having an allinone vitamin was definitely a plus for me especially one i didnt have to swallow
I also feel that im probably getting more of a benefit out of these than the gummies because it dissolves completely in my mouth and so im assuming more vitamins get absorbed from it rather than the gummies which can only be chewed up to a certain point
