Pros

I love how it gently waist cinches and works with my hormones to shape my torso. My torso is a bit long, so this creates a bit of a muffin top effect. It’s also helps with keeping a better posture.

A good abdominal binder helps get your pelvic and abdominal area to bounce back so much faster. For 37 inch waist they recommend a size small so thats what i ordered.

Cons

It seems like the company designed it poorly to get women to spend more money. This is the first time i encountered a can't return this item here at amazon. Recommend buying it somewhere else with a better return policy.
