The chairs are great the company it came from was a bit annoying as one of them had a small slit in the fabric i called to see if i could just return the one with the slit on it and they said no

However there is a cap on the product that needs to be removed before full assemble otherwise the chairs wont adjust which couldve been the issue that reviewer had

So simply reading the instructions will prevent you from making that mistake of removing the cap
