Found loose threads on the insole inserts that could unravel if not taken care of

There were other thread terminations at the top of the boot collar that needed to be trimmed and fused to avoid premature unraveling

Neither of the issues would have been a short term failure but a boot costing 138 should not have either of the issues mentioned which deduct the 5th star from my rating
