Pros

The pot is so easy to use, no complicated instructions to read. The material is good. It is heavier and thicker than other cheap moka pots. No leaking and durable.

Simply fill the bottom with water, add fine ground coffee to the insert and put it on the stove. Works the best with finer ground coffees, but, i have experimented with normal coffees and it also produces well.

Cons

The moka pot contains way too much plastic. After washing in my dishwasher, the metal rubs off on my fingers in a dark powdery film substance. It's tin, not stainless steel and the rubber seal wears out immediately.

The o-ring is cheap and doesn't fill the void to create a nice suction. Upon pouring the coffee, leakage from the center is immediate. If you don't have your stove on high for about 10 minutes it will not make coffee and it just spews everywhere as th... Read More

The silver lining on this product was much better quality

The bialetti’s are great but the inner filters melt after a few months and the replacement filters arent the same quality
