Pros

They are very durable, cutting through a whole chicken to separate into pieces. They feel very well made and sturdy. Very sharp and stayed sharp for months now. Still amazingly sharp.

These are fantastic, sturdy shears. I do a lot of prep work for several hours every morning and these shears make my life easier.

The oversized soft grip is ideal for elder hands, giving extra leverage. The tightness between the blades is very nice.

These are the perfect hybrid scissors, one for all needs. They are easily as good as any $20 to $30 scissors listed in amazon. Scissors are perfect, sharp and easy to handle. They can also be used as a screwdriver.

I like the ability to open pretty much anything i need to including boxes,thick tape and packaging.

Cuts right through chicken bones and slides through packaging.
