Pros
Bellemain 4-cup fat separator is the best. Used it on thanksgiving to separate the fat from the turkey juice. Had fixed a pork putt in my crock pot for pulled pork.
It’s sturdy and very easy to use. The spout stopper is great and i make less mess. Grease hides around base of spout.
The silicone plug is easy to use and cleans well in the dishwasher. The only problem is only cosmetic and that is the plastic clouded after being in the dishwasher.

Four stars for a fat separator sounds extravagant but this one is inexpensive gets the job done and cleans fast

After removing the stopper from the spout i just pour the broth into my jars while keeping an eye on the line separating the broth and fat
