The only word of advice i have is to hand wash it since i have an older one from my first baby which got much larger after machine washing it delicate cycle

I wore it when i got home from the hospital and continued to wear it at all times up until about 7 weeks postpartum when i then continued to wear it during the day for another couple weeks but stopped wearing it at night
