The thicker waistband helps a lot with slimming and creates a beautifully feminine silhouette.
It fits so nicely and creates a beautiful silhouette with my waist and hips. My daughter loves this skirt, it flows and flares beautifully. It's a bit slippery, but it fits comfortably.

The length is perfect, below the knee. I think someone shorter than 5'6 might find it too long. The colour is gorgeous, and the length is good for someone tall like me.

Make sure you only pick the size based off waist measurements hip measurement doesnt matter
