Pros
The app is very hands on. I think this may be different if you subscribe to bellabeat, but i don't have that kind of ka-ching, so i am sticking with the basics.
It is definitely the prettiest fitness tracker, and it seems very accurate. While it does not track blood pressure, it is a good pedometer.
No regrets - this is the best purchase i have made since i bought my tassimo. The versatility if great. Otherwise, it is great.
It tracks your water, menstrual cycle and aides in meditating. I like the stress predictor and the visual has really helped me focus.
Rose gold with dark brown strap and it's just my style. I get so many compliments because of how beautiful the piece is. I love how nice it looks, dressed up or dressed down.
Cons
Leaf is an activity tracker that doesn't track steps or active minutes. It doesn't record meditation or resistance training. The app is basic and there's nothing really on it that you can't do with myfitnesspal or just the general iphone app.
It's heavy so no matter what strap you use, it flops. The meditation option is very limited.
Quit tracking, syncing within a couple months. Apparently, the leaf is not compatible with an andriod above generation five - i'm on seven. I hope this straightens out or this thing is going back!

At the moment i have a broken foot so i’m not doing a lot of steps so i don’t think i’m getting as much out of it as i will be in a month or so

The unit itself is great only thing is it should be waterproof because you forget its on and you jump in the shower and the pool or whatever and ive done all these things luckily i remembered before i was in there too long and it had no effect on the unit thank goodness but the bracelet lasted about a week and a half before it broke the first time which was okay cuz it wasnt quite where i hooked it so it was just shorter and then the next week it broke again so i ordered the elastic bracelet that you can get for this and hopefully it does better than the original fake leather one because that one lasted like i said 2 weeks tops and when youre paying 92 for a product your product and the accessory should not be breaking and falling apart after 2 weeks
