Pros
I like the automatic 2 hour shut off on the warmer, and the reusable filter. Makes good coffee, convenient brewing set-up and programmed timer. Lid on the pot is difficult to take off for cleaning, but it really isn't in the way.
Cons
Very disappointing. Too much of a hassle to send it back. They do not sell them, no retailers sell them, so none are available.
Most of the water just evaporates during brewing. It takes over 15 min to brew 5 - 6 cups. Even on bold setting, the coffee comes out barely dark in the carafe.
I let the coffee maker cool 15 minutes as instructed. It need resetting each time you make coffee. Is it something i have to initiate?
