Pros

A nice, heavy duty ceramic kettle. The kettle looks much prettier than in the photo.

It heats quickly, is easy to fill, and cleans up in a snap. As advertised it's faster than the average stove or microwave. They heat up the water fast and hold the temp for a long time.

Cons

I have to try about 10 times before it clicks. This is a farce of a policy considered everything that preceded my request to finally just get a refund. The switch has to be pressed down multiple times to turn on.

The base is flimsy and too poor quality to be used to heat water. I am particularly concerned with the bolts inside that are sealed with silicone, considering this will come into contact with boiling water. The kettle is also heavy and gets very hot s... Read More
