Pros

Made by gather (aka bella) works great. It heats up quicker than the previous two versions. It always heats up well and is easy to clean. Itheats up fast and water is so hot.

I was gifted the bella kettle ( black and white floral) 6 yrs ago at christmas. The top cover of the steam pipe in the pot is now stainless steel, and no rust has been found. It's much prettier on mt counter than a standard glass electric kettle.

The shiny copper surface makes me happy. It is heavier than i expected, and depending on how full it is i sometimes need two hands.

Cons

Kudos to amazon for stamina by their customer and issued me a refund. Bella refuses to send the check this way, repeatedly stating they do not mail to po boxes.
