Size is not accurate m is a little bit small and l is too big so have to use an tight m better to fit it before buy very strong helmet but size are smaller than advertised had to buy another one in large size since m doesnt feet well exactly what i expected at a great price and shipped to the door it was well made helmet but not fit to round head but elliptical head
