Don't be afraid to manipulate the chain. Its pretty easy but takes some patience. The link connector installation is easy to install.

I can't believe this product is even on the market, it's worthless. Not asking for another chain at this point or a refund. It just respects money!

As other reviewers have said, it is black not gold as pictured. Looks black/brown. It's ugly but hey it's cheap.
