This appears to be a redesign of a once usable device. It's as if bell doesn't want to acknowledge that they were ever associated with it. That makes it only minimally useful.

The sensor doesn't stay in the right place, there is sometimes slight contact between the two. No gasket at either battery holder to prevent moisture contamination. Zip-tie mounting system and rubber friction pads are a complete joke.
