My new chromecast tv kept cutting out due to bad wifi so i bought this adapter and it works very well
Works exactly as advertised and so much better than my last one which required software installation etc
That adapter has very poor performance on the mac
Great build very compact but performance not really at par

Full speed gigabit is only stable for short burst of less than 2 gigs of constant transfer otherwise it’ll do a network reset breaking the connection

If you manually set it to 100mbit it’s stable for everything else

Using a chromecast with google tv it did not work using a 20w power brick usba to usbc but worked usbc to usbc on the same power brick
