Cons:* it's not a custom dock - i had a dock for my gs3 that was made specifically for the gs3 and it fit perfectly.
Works well for what i need it for, sturdy and well weighted so tablet does is stable.
Amazon refunded quickly after i returned the product.
The only problem is with the design of the fire, the power button is covered and you have to unplug the fire to reach it.
I can still interact with the phone like this.
For those wondering, the plug is oriented with the narrow side toward the front.

The only con is that it can be tricky to set the device on it and get the micro usb to plug in.

If there was the capability to lock the connector in position once you get it lined up, it would solve 90% of the issues with this dock.

The plug fits very snugly into my phone, so if the dock will come with it i try to pick up the phone without bracing the dock.
