There are also no indicator lights on the base stand except one very small pinhole light on the backside of the phone stand that lights up when the phone is on it which you cant even notice unless your staring directly at it from the side

I had a similar item like this before i purchased this one and it wouldnt charge through my phone case

It did have a day when it did not charge and i thought it was broken but i just unplugged it and plugged it back in and it worked fine afterwards

Watch charger still works but phone charger stopped right after return window closed

Update went directly to belkin site to register the product and then contacted customer service to provide info on the issue and proof of purchase they promptly sent out a replacement

I received a similar one from same brand but don’t like it as much as this one because it still requires you to plug in unlike this one that’s cordless and charges by just resting the phone on it
