Pros
Wrap around neck collar that closes at the front and ties at the waist for a good fit and it stays in place. Great for warm compresses not just after injuries, but even after being sore from work, chores, or even working out at the gym.
They stand behind their products and if customers are unhappy they will quickly attempt to rectify the problem to the customer's liking. Comes with warranty.
It's a bit bulky but it warms up quite nicely. Feels great, relaxes tired, tense, aching muscles and makes me feel refreshed.
The fabric is soft and washable. The heating coils seem to be a really good quality and offer a lot of warmth.
Love this heating pad. Very pleased with my purchase. Love it. Absolutely fantastic.
